The younger staff is not friendly. When I questioned the price of snacks they rudely talked down to me The owners need to really evaluate who they hire. They seem to be more involved on their phones than customer service. I think it’s worth driving to Springfield to the AMC rather than being treated rudely by disrespectful teenagers. By reviewing the comments the owners must not care about the customer service because I’m not the only one who experienced poor service.
