EDIT: This review has been getting a ton of views and I've been getting messages on Facebook asking about the school. The review below is from a couple of years ago, but the point still stands. It's an okay school with a lot of good and a lot of very bad professors. It's a mixed bag like many other colleges. If you decide to go here, spend time researching what classes you need to take in order to get the degree you want. I just ran into another friend recently who finally got out of this school after being held there for longer than he should've been. The advisors really don't know what classes you need to take. Do your own research and make sure they have you in their system for the correct degree... Half the time I was at this school, they listed me under the wrong program. I transferred over to NIU and I thought that maybe the advisors would also be bad over here too. That didn't turn out to be true in the slightest. NIU's advisors knew more about what classes to take at NIU and MCC to get the degree I want. If you plan on going to MCC, be careful and make 200% sure that you're getting what you want in the time period that you want.
