Scheduled on Thursday to be picked up New Years Eve at 1am. called on Sunday to confirm. Was told driver would call or text to confirm. Got a text at 4:00 letting me know that they CAN NOT pick us up. Had to call several other company's to schedule a ride. Definitely would not advise scheduling ahead of time with this company !!!!!
