The wait is long but the doctor care was good. Avoid this place if you have PPO insurance. This is not an urgent care and they bill you as an emergency care. Billing will do a bait and switch and have you sign paperwork that says you agree to emergency care. All that means is that you agree to pay the higher copay $100 instead of urgent care copay $65. Two total different prices and they charge you after the visit when you are ready to go. It is a slick move especially if I had known this before I stayed for care; I could have gone to a Walgreens Minute Clinic for same swabs and prescription for Tamiflu. This is not an emergency facility they would have to transport to a hospital for that care. The University of Chicago (new owners) has done a dis-service to the working population community of color people.
