We had an appointment to see two rentals. An agent called to confirm the appointment about an hour before. I called and left a message saying that we would still be coming to the appointment. We showed up on time and no one ever came to show us the property. I tried calling a couple times and only ever got the answering machine. After a half hour of waiting I left a message saying that we were leaving and no longer interested in the property. No one has even reached out to apologize for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism.
