WIC Program

The actual staff is very nice, but in the 5 months since I started going I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone, not once. I had to drive to the building to schedule an appointment, and then they called to cancel my following appointment, that was a week ago and I have yet to get through to anyone to reschedule. I have come to the conclusion they just do not answer the phones at all b/c when I got there to schedule an appointment the waiting room was empty and there were a few employees working at their desks. That is why I am rating them so low. If they would just answer the phone they would get a much higher rating but with two kids (one with special needs who goes to therapy multiple times a week) it is not convenient for me to just pop in to make an appointment, especially when they were the ones who canceled it last minute.
