Wheeling Cleaner

Took in one boot to have the zipper repaired. A middle aged lady (owner?) Gave me a ticket with a charge of $30. When I went to pick it up, I realized that had forgotten my ticket. The same lady said that the cost was $45. I paid the amount, but questioned the high price. After I got home I checked my original ticket which read $30. I went back to the store, and showed her the original stated price on my ticket. She gave me a story about more work was involved to replace zipper. She said that she made a mistake and was supposed to charge me the higher price. When I told her that she should honor the original price, she told me "Sorry no refunds." Since my original post, I received a call from the owner, Eunice, who graciously reversed the $45.00 charge to my credit card. Thank you.
