These guys are the worst!!! Gave them our apt to rent out --a classic overpromise, underdeliver. really did the absolute minimum amount to get a fee. didn't care to get us a good price and to top it all off they completely miscommunicated with the tenant and the tenants broker and seeminlgy lied to us --- wrote a terrible contract and ended up causing us a big issue and a lot of money. told the tentnat they were getting free rent for 2 weeks when we never agreed to or even thought of that. JUST TERRIBLE!!!
