Good if you need to drop off an Amazon return, but they seem to have some problems with customer service.
I needed to get something notarized, which is something they advertise. When I asked about it I was told with a grumble, "no, I don't know anything about that."
I glanced around and pointed out a sign just above saying "Notary."
"I don't know, my boss never said anything about that."
Frustrating, yet kind of hilarious. Maybe there isn't always a notary on duty; that would make sense. But shouldn't the employees know that and be able to talk about it?
I'm not trying to call out the employee. He seemed frustrated about it. It seems like a talking point that should be touched on in the training process. Maybe go through each service on the sign at least.
