AT&T

The customer service at this AT&T store is nothing short of fantastic. I'd like to specifically praise Tim for his extensive product knowledge, excellent advice and insight. He's also one of the most friendly, personable people I've ever met. If I was a wealthy man with my own company I'd triple Tim's salary to work for me and I'd let him pick his role in the company. That's how impressed I am with Tim. He helped us pick out my fiancee's iPhone 5 back in August 2015. I was impressed with him then, but forgot to leave a review. We went back yesterday to finally upgrade her phone. He showed us all the iPhone models and gave us the scoop on the benefits of each vs the cost. He gave us helpful tips about taking advantage of promos and getting a better value data plan. It was a superb buying experience and I'll mourn the day when Tim is no longer at that store to help us with our phone upgrades. AT&T, give this man a raise! He's an employee that any company would be lucky to have.
