Service in this place going to h-e-double-hockey-sticks in a handbasket. Been standing here with 2 other people at the hostess stand for 10 solid minutes without seeing/talking to anyone, despite the restaurant being reasonably full (it's Friday night, after all). One guy literally just turned around and walked out as I'm typing this.
A bartender ended up stepping over when a customer specifically reached out to ask for help. They need someone with a little more attention to detail. So much potential being wasted here.
