RE/MAX Suburban - Buffalo Grove

Our agent was not much of an advocate for us when we found that the seller's agent used incompetent technicians to fix (or just lie about) repairs that were misrepresented as complete after a home inspection pointed out two problems (our first day we discovered that the furnace AND water heater were not repaired as promised by the seller's agent.). So our first night in our new home was spent finding service for our uninhabitable home that we just paid $330,000 for. Horrible experience. We could have screwed this up on our own WITHOUT Jay's "help". Avoid.
