Orthodontic Group Associates LTD.

Made an appointment almost a month and a half ago, called to make sure I had the appointment time right and they never put our appointment in the computer. Here I am 3 days before my son's appointment and now no orthodontist appointment. The person who answered the phone wanted to debate with me on if I had the right office. I told her they'd sent me paperwork to complete before the appointment but no reminder card. She pulled our file and said they had the appointment written down but it never got scheduled. Here I scheduled other dr appointments for that day to utilize my day off and not have to miss multiple days and the main appointment I was scheduling around is not even scheduled as I was told it would be!! Very irritated parent here!!
