I went to the store today 4/6/2018 around 5 pm. The check engine light came on and I went to have a free diagnostic test. When I asked them to do this I waited outside in the cold for 15 min , and no one came. I went inside And asked To have them check and Christina got pissed and took machine violently from the counter, stormed out of the store to my car and jammed the cord into the slot. After taking the reading, she yanked the cable out violently and went back inside. She made me feel really terrible. I have been living in America for 5 years and nobody ever treated me like Christina did. She was so rude and mean to me when I only needed some help. No one should be treated like this if they need help. I plan to take legal action.
