My journey began back in May. At that point I knew something had to give. I was ready to throw in the towel, step out of all I was involved in, I felt like no matter what I did it wasn't good enough. I knew I had to make a change because I was not happy any more. I joined the New You family with hopes of dropping the extra weight. I didn't know that this journey would lead to where I am today. New You changed my life. With the support and encouragement from the staff, I have gained my life back. I have lost over 45lbs, 40 inches, gained strength, encouragement, a positive outlook, and most of all friends(family). New You changed me for the better. Words really can not describe how I feel. I love the positive atmosphere and home feeling. It's a place to stop, relax, and take a moment for you.
