I had a great experience working with Coann! I went in the store with a very specific budget to shop for a bed for my father, who is in a memory care facility. I also had a list of very specific needs to go with my very specific budget. She worked with me to get absolutely everything I needed, including mattress protectors and coordinating a quick delivery straight to my dad's room - all under budget. I was kept informed of delivery progress all the way up to a phone call that informed me when they were 10 minutes away. Coann was lovely to work with, very knowledgeable, actually listened to my needs (and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford) and because of that we got the perfect bed for my dad.
