I bought a RHD Jeep Wrangler from these guys a year and a half ago and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Every time I have the slightest problem or question they seem to go way out of their way to help me. I rarely leave reviews but when I do it’s usually for an extraordinarily good or bad experience. I decided to do so today because I have a battery issue, and the car is just barely out of warranty by 2k miles. I spoke with Tammy and she took the time to explain in great detail how my three warranties are related and I was having trouble understanding. She was beyond patient with me, very unlike most people would be in that situation ( She had to repeat herself a few times ). Not only did she go through that but she went on to explain how I could look for a dealer that may let it slide with the battery just out of warranty and get it fixed or replaced. She told me exactly what to say, how to say it, and also the process I should expect if thy decided to help me, etc. it’s been my experience that you can get a bead on what kind of business a place is by how patience, helpful and happy the customer service reps are. To put it in contrast I pulled in today at a local delaership, and had a similar bad experience as I had maybe a year ago. As I was parking there were 5 people all standing around outside and I was parking right in front of them. They were all staring at me the entire time I was slowly parking in the tight spot. Just by their posture they looked like jerks, giving me the side-eye look with their head tilted back a little as they looked down their nose at me like they were some kind of arrogant college clique. I was thinking maybe I shouldn’t park there, so I pointed down and mouthed can I park here? And they just went on staring at me. So yeah, I appreciate Tammy and all the others quite a bit at little jess.
