The staff was great, they explained all the various options on the motorized sofas up front and then gave us our space to wander the store on our own to try things out and narrow down our choices down to one. When on sale their prices are a little higher than places like Ashley, but I believe that is because the quality is better. They have a huge selection of fabrics to choose from that you can get on pretty much all their pieces since they make them all. In the end I believe we got good quality sofas at a reasonable price and we never felt pressured in any way. Great experience!!!
