I have been a Kunes Country customer in Oregon, IL since they took over from Brian Bemis. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot 2 years ago and have used Kunes for all my service. Appointments are easy to make and I have never had to wait more than a day to get in unless it was my choice. I appreciate the thoroughness of the service department. They let me know when something needs attention and how much time before it needs to be done. This is great because I can plan ahead financially when to have service done and not get surprised by an expense I wasn't counting on. It just feels good that someone is looking out for me when it comes to vehicle issues. The staff is friendly, professional and I feel I can trust them.
