STAY AWAY! Heavy handed repair policy and very poor customer service. Was charged $138 for a service call in which they were UNABLE to repair my fridge! When I called to complain, I was told that the "diagnosed" the problem which justified the full fee. Attempts to get them to compromise resulted in them threating me with a workman's lien. Any reasonable company would have worked out a compromise to try to satisfy a customer. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!
