Before I left Florida for my 4000-5000 mile motorcycle trip, I thought that I had enough tire tread for the whole trip. I was wrong and needed a tire badly at 3000 miles into my trip, so I stopped by the local Harley Davidson dealership and they told me that I needed to make an appointment and it would be two weeks before they could even do anything for me. I didn't have two weeks, I had a couple of days. I googled motorcycle shops and found Jack's Harley Repair also in Effingham, so I rode up to Jack's and ask if there was anyway to get a new back tire put on. He asked when did I need it and I told him today or tomorrow at the latest, he told me that he could get a tire tomorrow morning. So I got to the shop by 10am, tire showed up shortly afterwards. I also told Jack that my air breather was making a noise and he found the problem and was able to do a temp fix that would get me back to Florida. I was out of the shop with a new back tire, back brakes and an air breather that wasn't making noise by 11:30am. I highly recommend this shop for your motorcycle repairs.
