I wanted to get away from Comcast because they raised my bill after a month of being a new customer. But with frontier, I have had to call these idiots 9 times to set up my service with still no luck. Frontier is the only other option in my area. They charged me $30.00 TWO times to complete my order and still have yet to refund one payment and tried to charge me a third time. They opened three different orders under my name. They said they cannot set up my service at my home at any other time than 8am-noon because that is how it is in my area. However, less than a month ago, a friend had hers set up (two houses behind my house) between 1pm and 5pm. I do not know a single person who does not work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. 7 out of the 9 people I spoke to through frontier have been very nice. However, there is no communication between any of them. I am always told I will get a call back but I never do. I don't know whether to stay with Comcast with my bill increasing month to month, or deal with the customer service of frontier communications and never get my internet set up at all.

Absolutely awful. The quality of the internet is horrendous. I barely have enough Internet speed to be able to post this review. If you are considering switching to frontier, I strongly advise against it.
