First Bank & Trust

First Bank & Trust is a true community bank. They are very active in Evanston supporting local causes. Their lenders and management actively volunteer and serve on the board of many local non-profit organizations. I have used them for both residential and commercial loans and my commercial banking. There lenders are exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. While many banks seem to have lenders that are here today and gone tomorrow, theirs have been with them a long time.
