Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've gone to Firestone for a really long time but they severely rip off their customers. Over 400 dollars to just do rear brakes and for them to replace a lugnut on my tire. I went to a local place where I live and they charged me over 150 dollars less and it was great quality work. Seriously, do not go here for anything other than oil changes if you must.
