Cooper's Hawk

The dining experience and service itself was wonderful but we realized as we were walking out that we forgot to add the points to our membership. We were told by the manager that the points could no longer be added after the meal was paid for. This seems like an unreasonable policy especially since we asked immediately following the dinner. The manager simply told us that people have been fired for doing things like this in the past so he wasn't going to do it.
