Celtic Property Management

I read all the reviews for this company before ever entering their office. I don't believe everything I read. My experience with Celtic has been great. I don't know why these other tenants were unhappy, maybe they didn't pay their rent and got evicted. I certainly don't buy the fact that someone would live in an apartment for 3 years if there was mold and problems with sewage. Make no sense to me, I would have left!
