Cassidy Tire and Service

If I am being completely honest, I am a little disappointed because when they did my alignment they did not do a thorough job of checking my front end parts. My tire rod ends are really lose and I feel that they should have told me that before they aligned it. Now I basically wasted my money on the alignment and will have to get another alignment after I replace the parts. UPDATE I just wanted to add to this... I received a call from Cassidy Tires within 16 hours of posting this review and they have offered to realign my truck once I have replaced the necessary front end parts! I have to say that they have totally redeemed themselves just by showing that they care and want to do the right thing!
