Veterans need to stay away!
Lack of clear communication, lack of follow through. Two months waste of time
Financially clear, great credit, Loan values great and then...
Had to call and ask each time where we were in the loan process. New people would call back with out knowing what was going on.
Each time they would request something new that they needed only to find they already had.
Something not right with the way they do business. Asked me to "choose certain words" about things I already told them, gave me words to write so that it would be "better" for the underwriter.
When I finally objected to the BS....you guess it... no call back.
When I called back, AHHHHHH, I got an email simply stating
The underwriter turned you don't....FUBAR!
