Best Buy

Excellent buying service but terrible geek squad service about downloading information from our external harddrive to the new computer. Salesman said it could be done, but failed to tell us it should cost $$. Geek guy told us $99.99 and then we found out because if was for a new computer, just purchased from Best Buy, only $79.99. Seriously, it takes 5 min, not worth anything. Service should be free with a new computer. Seriously may never use Best Buy again. Kind of feel like we got played. Just saying.
