Let me begin by saying this, the car buying experience has always been the same for me.
I had hoped this time could’ve been different.
I went in knowing what car I was interested in and I scheduled a test drive @ this dealership.
The salesman was courteous and respectful.
However, he still pulled the bait and switch.
He had some trouble articulating his responses to my questions.
The financial manager was more interested in talking to my bf about unrelated topics than making my process as smooth and painless as possible.
The ordeal was three hours long. I left feeling un excited about my new car purchase. I was not given all my signed documents. I had to wait nearly a week to receive them.
Bottom line: I felt they did not care about the person buying the vehicle, only about getting a car sold!
