I have ordered 3 Reubens in the last couple of months. Menu says Reuben has Swiss cheese. No, none of the 3 had cheese . Tasted ok without it, but we're paying for the cheese, I bet. Also, I asked for ketchup for the fries & no ketchup. I think I will give up or try a different Arby's in a nearby town.
