quick summary:
genius bar staff = great, 5 stars
check in and retail staff = mediocre, 2 stars
wait times are stupidly long. had a 3pm genius bar reservation and didn't see someone till an hour later. meanwhile i was told to stand along a wall to wait only to be told that i was supposed to be waiting somewhere else according to another staff person. second staffer spoke to me as if it was somehow my fault that i was waiting for over 30 minutes to see a genius bar tech. after speaking to a couple of other staffers about the long wait, they all alluded to being short handed and that it's always like that.
i think management has set the location up to fail. ridiculously long lines, and lack of staff.
on the upside, the genius bar techs were really helpful and friendly. they even fixed a problem that i didn't originally walk in for.
