terrible customer service...they want you to do all there work for them and if there is a claim you policy will magically disappear....expect to be hung up on as well when you call .....update..... went to cancel my coverage that is paid up and was hung up on several times even by james himself when i did get him on the phone he was rude and said i had to sign papers when we showed up he refused to produce the papers claiming he has already mailed them..(not like he could have printed them off again) so we wasted a trip to his office...but its ok i win i was able to get ahold corporate and cancel my homeowners and vehicle.....they think they can do what ever they want after they have your money. i prepaid my homeowners for a year and the auto comes out of the checking automaticly so they think there is no way to cancel or not pay .this guy and the women that work for him are all rude and only want your money highly recommend going somewhere else with your money
