I spoke to customers service as well as my doctor who said that although their clinics are walk in I need to schedule an appointment for glucose. I called and a representative called me back and said “we don’t take appointments we are walk in”. I said “ok but my doctor and customer service said... “ she abruptly interrupted as if I was arguing with her and said “I’m telling you we are walk in I can’t take your appointment” . I hung up. I will not go to a location who have employees that lack customer service and relations skills.
